Is Octarine Core more valuable than aghs o Core Void ?

My point is that Aghs just give us 60 CD on ult, but OC otherwise gives 75 cd on ult, 17.5 cd on time dilation, 4,5 cd on Time Walk, also gives you lifesteal for time lock or Radiance/ Blade Mail/ Bloodthorn .
Sure aghs is better on offlane void´s which goes Blink Vlads, but this kind of Void suuuuuuuuuuuuuucks in pubs anyway :0)
EDIT: aghs give´s an ultimate orb of stats, but OC gives mana regen and int, which void needs far more because of Chrono

On Waga Void, Octarine is core, no pun intended. Lifesteal from Radiance, from Bash, and the reduced cooldowns on his spells plus the added Health is all you could want from a 3rd major item. It's either Octarine or Skadi after Manta, and the one you didn't get replaces Vanguard in the lategame.

but ya know... waga is abble to freaking stomp 8k avg games as bloodseeker with dagon.

Given that I have an 87.5% winrate with that build, I wouldn't be so quick to discount it. It's seen play in the pro scene, mostly by Alliance if I remember correctly. The build is perfectly legit and has been reliable and efficient since he came up with it. Even friends of mine who never play carry have had success with the build, and I'm sure you can find others on this site who have had similar experiences. The build works because it plays perfectly to a carry Void's strengths.

Time Walk cooldown reduction is pretty good, but octarine lifesteal is negligible, just look at the numbers.

Sure, you can play a carry Void with the Naga build, but then you can also pick Naga.

Factoring in Radiance burn, it'd be about the same as a Helm of the Dominator or Mask of Madness. Each hero hit by Radiance is 12.5 HP/second, and each bash is 31.25 Health. It's not inconsiderable. But yes, the main factor in buying it is the cooldown reduction for Time Walk, Time Dilation and of course Chronosphere.

Yeah, it could be coupled with Wagas Radiance build, it could be coupled with Blade Mail cause you can return A LOT of damage thanks to Time Walk (and lifesteal of it), even Bloodthorn or Maelstorm builds seems ok, my question is if i need to build Aghs or i can jump straight to Octarine Core
Tl dr I hate have to build Aghs on void just for his ult CD, its gives 0 utility, could be better go for Octarine Core + Refresher Orb and skip aghs at all ?
