Rat Dota best Dota

I rarely get to rat, since I always play fighting heroes, and am often supporting. Plus, at my level of play, it's much easier to shut down rats, with the exception of Naga Siren, who can be completely impossible to stop if you draft the wrong heroes.

I experimented with Rat Abaddon a while back, even had a thread about it, and I have a couple games where I tried it, using the invulnerable period to make it so I could always blink and escape, and that once I had my Maelstrom, I could actually push back waves. It was very effective for space creating and pressuring enemies, and it worked pretty well due to the number of rotations it forced, but gotta be careful of certain stunner heroes. Only issue was that Abaddon as a rat hero pushed slower than most rats (he's not like Morph), and was mainly picked up because he was a nightmare to kill.

I haven't done it recently, I was thinking of trying it again. However, ever since Patch 6.85, I've won all of my Abaddon ranked games, (+250 MMR, yay me), so I have not had to go into Rat Abaddon in a while because with Vlads Aghs, he's almost impossible for most teams to fight now anyway unless they can easily disengage. The buff to the aghs to give him Kunkka's ship worth of damage reduction without the hangover handles fighting now.

can anyone enlighten me as to why in the world Spectre picked up a Battle Fury?

What MMR do you play at? I'm ~3k-ish unranked, and it's still really easy if I pay attention (and have decent wards ayy lmao).

I like the idea of rat Abby but he's just too good as a #4 support for me to do it - perhaps as an offlane Abaddon, but against a lot of lineups Abaddon offlane gets zoned out really easily and doesn't get much from the lane.
