Heroes of the Storm anyone?

I've been a bit busy lately and haven't had much time for DOTO, so I've been trying Heroes of the Storm. It's actually quite fun, especially considering the community is generally less...whiny than in DOTA, but still, I miss 5-stacks... 8{(

The game came out in Open Beta recently, so all you need to do to play is download it (along with Battle.net

Is this game free or paid? Or like LoL with the grinding stuffs?

It's like LoL but you don't have ******** runes (you got hero lvls for the traits and no items in game)

I have this game too (closed beta :P) but the game didn't run smooth making it annoying to play it (lowerign graphics is not a good idea for some reason medium plays better then low)

The 1st and last ones.

There's a weekly rotation of 7 Heroes, you start off with access to 5, then gain access to the other 2 once your "level" hits lvl12 and 15 respectively.

You can buy Heroes with in-game Gold or money. They cost either 2k, 4k, 7k or 10k Gold. All the 2k Gold Heroes are pretty strong, even in Competetive, as well (except Raynor...he's near useless tbh). It doesn't take long to rack up 2k Gold either. Just play 5-7 Quick Matches and you can "level" a Hero to lvl5 for 500 Gold. There's also Daily Quests and Gold from playing each match, so after roughly 100 Games, you can earn 35k Gold easily.

the fact that i have to buy heroes makes me not want to play it even more.

gold gain gets harder when you don't have heroes anymore then you need to do it by quests.

but really it's the easiest moba because you only need to focus on your hero no items and team lvl.

the game is also super objective focussed every map has something that will help you win. if you don't contest them you will lose (in this case it's roshan>buildings (as rax doesn't exist etc)) because 1 pirate ship can be 1.5 tier of buildings in a lane.

Also the towers with ammo is pretty fun.

I like the game.
When I want a game in which I can relax and pwn some noobs I play HotS

I'll download it, might be a bit of fun!

I'm also playing it, carrying Xyrus is pretty tough but not impossible. :D
