Spectre - Illusions of Spectre now get Dispersion. Increases Desolate damage to 40/55/70/85. Haunt illusion damage increased to 50% and Haunt duration increased to 6/7/8.

Io - Tether name changed to "Constellation Tethering", allowing to chain tether hero within 400 AoE of the primary target; up to additional 4 units depending on the level of Tether. Tethered units target gain 1.5x the amount when Io restores health or mana on the first hero, then 20% reduction on next subsequent chain (1.5x Regen on primary, 80%/60%/40%/20% of 1.5x Regen on subsequent chain). Transfer a particle spirits to each chained hero when Spirits casted.
that morphling change is so OP I am literally choking on my bologna sammich right now.(but it does make sense though).
Don't think you fully got it. You only change the primary attribute to whatever you want whenever you want. That doesn't mean that all 3 attributes add up to your damage at the same time i.e you swap from AGI to STR, you stop getting the extra damage from AGI, but now you gain it from STR.
Might nerf SD to only deal half damage in the AoE.
i understand, but morphling's damage mechanism on adaptive strike is based on primary stat, meaning that he can have 3000 hp and still do max damage with it which is alright i guess.

And close to 0 armor. Because you morphed it to STR to deal full damage.
i agree, but with the aquila pick being mandatory (almost), one can just pick up a casual chainmail and have 11-12 armor, which is pretty much the op'est thing ever D:
I want sceptre upgrade for Spectre for extra illusion for every heroes 2 illusion or maybe longer duration!
Or maybe Alchemist ulti had 2 or 3 stage of rage but it will stun him if he use other stage of rage at the end duration! *note if he use other stage of his rage, his ult buff will not renewed
Outworld devourer extra passive chance to refresh skill with 8% chance or littler if too OP
I see, but I don't think it will work well. It has most impact in early-mid game but you need to build up damage first, in late game it's no longer a choice because enemy doesn't really mind having 0 mana while doing 300 damage each hit.

Max HP and max damage but zero attack speed, who build raw attack speed on morphling?

It will melt all supports for sure, maybe just take any 2 buffs from those upgrades.

Winter Wyvern-Added Io-I love your idea but that's a no. Teleporting whole team to anywhere of the map is very very very OP, especially in late late game.

Spectre-Why not just buff the illusion damage? And yes I think increase duration is much better. Alchemist-Yes love it, 2nd stage = more HP, 3rd stage = AoE slow? :P
outworld devourer-Yes it is too OP, just ult, go jungle, and go ult again, rinse and repeat. Vengeful Spirit-Added.
