How can you rise MMR as a support?

This video can give you the best advices in rising mmr as a support in low bracket mmr. I'm at 2,8k. Im stuck here. I can only play support. I followed what this guys says. It works.But the problem is, that is now working the best with me. The guys says that you have to manipulate your "idiots' in your team. Watch the video, its great. Ok. After seeing this video i got better. From just losing ranked games.Now im losing 1 game, and in 1 game winning. But im stuck here. I cant get pass 3k.
In some games i get some decent carrys.That's the games i win.But in the games i lose or the other team has better pick, or the other team plays way better, or in my team there is some unskilled players. Im unskilled too. Im really bad. But i really try hard to improve. Im watching like 2 hours of pro plays every day. I read a lot of guides, I do a lot of ****. Im out of ideeas. I want to get 4k. I need some really good advices from you. Thank you!

I saw you thread and never commented on it.

I also never play any role except support, and I think I can offer you some advice on the role and how to play well in solo queue. I don't play ranked very often unfortunately. I was calibrated at 4.4, got to 5, and now back to 4.5. Primarily from playing non stop Chen (Whom has my highest win % of any hero that I play with over 200 games played at 57%. Practice makes perfect! ^_^)

I think I could help you in a few ways, whatever you think would help you most:

1. I can write a huge post in this thread.

2. I can replaycast one of your games and post it.

3. I can do some one on one coaching with you.

4. I can upload a video of a very high tier game I just played (It has the most spectators I've ever had in a game, which was 1028). We won, I played a 5th position skywrath mage.
