Yes, without cooldown improvement, Invoker is more of an utility hero, instead of the refresher-and-spam. This actually makes him more viable and fit himself into the team.
For example, Ghost walk + Invisibility Aura. With this combo Invoker is like a free smoke. During teamfight, with the 5 seconds cooldown he can cast maximum up to 2 other spells, with a spell for every 5 seconds.
However, some spell is way too OP, like the Betrayal (15105 seconds disable wtf?), I will rescale them all for balancing. So give me some time to rescale them.
Yea my bad, I am going to remove some of those spells and replace them with current 10 spells, spare me some time. Thank you for your understanding. :D
It's not completely immune because she is still vulnerable to debuffs and disables, but won't that be OP because the cooldown is only 17 seconds? It's like Borrowed Time with 17 seconds cooldown.

Well this **** is the only thing that can make lategame TA strong enough. It mght need a rework though. How about half the total onstance became a duration? Or how about double/triple the instances?
First of all, all those upgrades are free to be protested.
Yea you got the point, I forgot that it can disable dagger. But Lightning Bolt has a cooldown of 6 seconds so they still have 3-seconds window to blink.
Some nerfs can be given thought because 2800 is too large. How about static value of 1500?
Templar Assassin-What about replenish 1 charge per 3 seconds? ( 17/6 = 2.833 ) Maximum charge are 7/8/9 based on level of Psionic Trap.
