I know shadow walk is not the best escaping method since you're not invulnerable if sighted with either dust or wards, that's why i suggest making BKB.

Thanks for advice anyway. :)

Jinada first on a squishy hero is a bad idea unless you like to give away first blood to the opposition. As a squishy melee hero you're going to get harassed in lane so Shadow Walk first will allow you to at least survive & heal up without having to respawn or leave lane.

Your skill build assumes you're going to farm for 30 minutes without ganking which is fine if the other 4 players on your team don't mind and you think you can avoid any ganks the enemy try (which they will, Shadow Walk doesn't make you invulnerable, Dust of Appearance or Sentry Wards cost less than a kill on you gets the enemy plus they give them 2 attempts for the price of one) but you're wasting Bounty Hunter's biggest asset which is his ganking potential (either intitating or assisting/finishing). Especially early game where the Shadow Walk -> Jinada -> Shadow Walk -> Jinada -> Shuriken Toss combo can kill most opposition heroes in your lane which you & your partner have been harassing giving you a gold advantage & allowing you to win the lane easier.

Vladmir's Offering as well as Battle Fury is a waste on a squishy hero. You're a ganker not a lane pusher & there will likely be much better heroes to carry a Vladmir's Offering. The HP & mana regen from Battle Fury is more than enough for you to recover between ganks.

You don't have the attack speed to make an Abyssal Blade worth the purchase. Bounty Hunter's damage is dealt best as alpha strike not repeated attacks. Desolator would be a much better choice or even Butterfly.

Good choices for Starting items (although you label them as "early") and mid game items. I would rename your "Early" section to "Starting" and add an "Early" Section with Boots of Speed & Magic Wand to make use of the 3 Iron Branches (also may want to move the Poor Man's Shield from "Mid" to this section too).
