Imo,Aghanim is a bad item for him.You should build much more supportfuly,like Drum of Endurance and even Vladmir's Offering( Warlock being the only ranged support I'd get vlads on,but it would work on more in dire situations, Visage as an example,as you would build a Ring of Basilius anyway).
While I agree that Drum and Vlad's are good to get, it's also good to note that there should be two supports in most team compositions. Vladimir's Offering is also VERY situational, and I wouldn't get in on Warlock unless we had at least 3 melee heroes who would benefit from it. I completely understand what you mean, however.
I'm with Wulfstan, though he forgot one of the main reasons why I never build Aghanim's Scepter or Warlock (sometimes I go for a Refresher Orb, but never for an Agh's): by the time you get it (let's say you get a Mekansm by ~25-30 minutes considering you get the Arcanes before it), about ~50 minutes, the enemy carry would be super farmed and, if you don't stun them with Chaotic Offering, will kill the weakened golems in a couple of hits gaining even more gold.
Like Wulfstan said, the bounties on the golems are halved. Also, the golems damage and HP are still around 75% I believe so they, together are about 150% of a normal golem.
The reason I prefer Aghanim's is because I tend not to ult twice in a teamfight unless it's really necessary; instead of using Refresher Orb to summon two normal golems as an initiation. However, I do understand what you're saying.
I'll make the Core extension and add Drum, Vlad's, and make a note of the Refresher Orb vs. Aghanim's Scepter. Thanks for the feedback.

Not really,as the bounty is halved.Both Agha golems(if we may call them so)are worth as much as one that is not summoned with the sceptre in your inventory.

He is a support,so in a high stake game,he can't afford taking away farm from the carry,meaning that he would never get so far as getting an Aghanim's Scepter and a Refresher Orb.Therefore,no matter what you do,you can't have 4 golems at a time.
Lastly, Aghanim's Scepter weakens your golem's base stats.His base damage lowered,flaming fists damage lower,immoliation lowered,however,you get 2 of them.
The reason why Refresher Orb is better is because you get 2 full powered golems,that can smash people into the ground and the double stun faster.
Also,you can include pictures like .If you hover over them,you can still see the spell's statistics.Not to mention that Upheaval looks kind of unaestetical.
Or .The code is
Code:
[icon=kunkka size=150]
,where kunkka can be any hero or item and 150 can be any value.

Now the point is:You might swap out Aghanim's Scepter with Eul's Scepter of Divinity in the build,and maybe add a core extension category where you would list: Rod of Atos and Refresher Orb as possible extensions,a Drum of Endurance might be mentionable too.
Now,let me explain why I consider Aghanim's Scepter a bad item(at least for Warlock):
