Introduction

Welcome to my guide to Pudge! Pudge is one of the most picked heroes in dota because of his ability to Meat Hook and Gank. Pudge is level dependent and don't needs a good farm.

This guide is for people who wants to have fun with Pudge!

Lore

In the Fields of Endless Carnage, far to the south of Quoidge, a corpulent figure works tirelessly through the night--dismembering, disembowelling, piling up the limbs and viscera of the fallen that the battlefield might be clear by dawn. In this cursed realm, nothing can decay or decompose; no corpse may ever return to the earth from which it sprang, no matter how deep you dig the grave. Flocked by carrion birds who need him to cut their meals into beak-sized chunks, Pudge the Butcher hones his skills with blades that grow sharper the longer he uses them. Swish, swish, thunk. Flesh falls from the bone; tendons and ligaments part like wet paper. And while he always had a taste for the butchery, over the ages, Pudge has developed a taste for its byproduct as well. Starting with a gobbet of muscle here, a sip of blood there...before long he was thrusting his jaws deep into the toughest of torsos, like a dog gnawing at rags. Even those who are beyond fearing the Reaper, fear the Butcher.

Skills

Launches a bloody hook toward a unit or location. The hook will snag the first unit it encounters, dragging the unit back to Pudge and dealing damage if it is an enemy.

Item Justification

Starting Items

Boots of Speed, Well Pudge can surely get firstblood with Hook and Rot I choosed these so that Enemies can't escape with your Rot.

Tango, Heal yourself with these.

Utility

Town Portal Scroll, TP to a lane where you wanna gank.

Smoke of Deceit, Best ganking item for Pudge, use these to gank in the early stages of the game.

Blink Dagger, Well sometimes you can't Meat Hook a enemy because there's a creep covering him, use this to blink on a spot where you can Meat Hook him properly.

Tome of Knowledge, It's really good that you level gap them because 'The more your xp, the more powerful you are'.

Core Items

aghanims scepter

Arcane Boots, Other prefer Tranquil Boots on Pudge but Arcane Boots is more nicer because Pudge is Mana Starved Hero is this will give him enough source of Mana.

Aether Lens, +200 Mana, +5 Spell Damage, and +200 cast range for your Meat Hook.

Aghanims Scepter, I don't need to explain this to you. :)

Late Game

Boots of Travel, Upgrade your boots with these to travel with creeps or allies.

Black King Bar, F*ck Magic and you will not take damage from Rot if you activate this.

Moon Shard, Pudge has huge damage if his used properly, thnx to Flesh Heap but why not make him a little bit of Right Clicker.

Situationals

Assault Cuirass, As Pudge you will also be the tank, buy this to reduce the damage dealt to you.

Blade Mail, Your the tank you should buy this.

Bloodstone, Reduces your Respawn Time based on its charge, you'll gain charges if you killed which is awesome because you're a ganker, and the mana regen is good so that you don't ran out of mana.

Linken's Sphere, Buy this for the Mana Regen and to Dispel projectiles.

Shiva's Guard, Well this slows your enemies MS and AS, just activate this on Teamfights.
