One hero: Slardar. It'd be a mistake to have an enemies section for the cancerlancer without him. Amp damage nullifies dopplewalk, slam defeats illusions and bash can take you mano y mano.

Probably add a basher or sheep stick late game for lockdown. Also, consider adding a soul ring for the mana issues early game

The Heart is too late: the normal item progression is Diffusal Blade, Heart of Tarrasque, Diffusal 2, Manta Style, Butterfly, Boots of Travel then usually Daedalus, Eye of Skadi, Assault Cuirass or another Heart. Also, the Radiance is completely useless because not only it doesn't give anything to your illusions except the aura (which is inignificant after ~35-40 minutes) but you also don't pick it for its normal purpose: farming. If you can't get it in less than 20-25 minutes you'd better forget about it.

The skill build and core item build are nice, though the Drum of Endurance should be your first item after the Tranquils and the Yasha is often skipped unless free farming (in which case is taken instead of the Drums). Still, you get my +1. :D
