Answer = QoP

Zeus can harrass with Arc Lightning and Static Field, only Single Target abilities Proc Unstable Current. Since he doesn't need to get to close to the Creep Wave and can Bottle Crow to spam Arc Lightning, he's a good contender to Lane against Razor...won't stop Razor from destroying your other Lanes though

As for Queen of Pain, she'll easily get zoned out with Static Link early on and since her Flash Farm skill is short range, the matchup does not bode well for her.

It doesn't, but you can orb out, which is better than a lot of other heroes.

Bane would probably be the best matchup against him, can't speak from experience though since I just started playing 1v1's yesterday and I'm back in the scrub bracket for some reason (went 7-0 with only one death, lol).
