So here's a scenario. There is a Nature's Prophet, Beastmaster, Death Prophet, Keeper of the Light, Phantom Lancer and they all build Necronomicon. Exactly what would happen and how would you draft against this team?

I'd pick Tinker, Tidehunter, Gyrocopter, Shadow Shaman and Ancient Apparition.

Earthshaker or Sand King with Black King Bar? :)

Anything with AOE damage who goes BKB like Gyro.

Ember Spirit with bfury because Sleight of Fist makes him invulnerable.

But the best is to have Omniknight : Repel is exactly what you need.
Strategy guide : Anti-pubstomper guide.
Hero guides : Spectre , Windranger and Clinkz

Omniknight with Aghanim's Scepter, Earthshaker, Town Portal Scrolls, wards, Blade Mail on some tanky hero - Death Prophet and Keeper of the Light cannot control their spells that much.

Geneally anti-push, with some mix of disables and silence, as well as a proper carry who can destroy Phantom Lancer -> or make him flee each time.

But Phantom Lancer is quite good at rat dota, if not the best

Your new diet for heroes; You will need 4 wards (cuz wards taste better), 1 set of tangoes, 1 mango, 1 cheese.
With this you can make a nice Tango Mango Cheese platter. You can wash this all down with a nice bottle of water, Can be flavoured with red, green, yellow, blue, purple AND GOLD!
Caution: Taking roshan 3 times is required.
