Yasha could be another speed boost option, also builds into Manta Style. Not too sure if Viper is the best Manta Style user though. Still, Phase Boots and Drum of Endurance are solid options.

Getting Manta Style is fine, I just recommend not rushing it. Better to start off with cheap items that provide stats like Aquila or Drums then get Aghs. The extra range aghs provide is so good.

even if you really hate that fu**ing brownboots, please dont build tranquil. honestly, even Arcane Boots is better, if you are that desperate. still, pt > mek > manta > aghs is already enough for him

No it shouldnt. Some games yes obviously. But bkb certainly isnt core on him like it is to gyro or SF.

In pubs it can certainly be good, but in a stack or organized team your support can get the medallion.
