Is this possible all along of just after the update?

I believe it already was possible, you just didnt get the XP from the bear midas.

Yes, you can go double Midas on Lone Druid. Actually it worked long before this patch. You just had to transfer the bear's Midas to the hero in order to use it. Now it's just more convenient because you can use it from the bear itself but nothing changes essentially.

Is this OP? Not at all. It's pretty weak actually. If you get your 1st Midas, it'a a 6-minute Midas, so it's good. But your 2nd Midas is a 12-minute Midas or something, so you will get far less out of it. Late Midas is bad because it doesn't pay for itself until the late game.

Not to mention that Lone Druid himself doesn't need attack speed. So it's just 2k gold thrown away just for an ability that makes cash.

You still PAY for the second Midas so it's just meh. Unlike Arc Warden who can actually *triple* his Midas gold by spamming his ult, this is what's really OP :)

Why would you go double Midas if you can rush Radiance or go Midas into Radiance?

TLDR : apart for some trolly "GIMME CA$H MONEY" builds like double Hand of Midas into Radiance into Boots of Travel, I don't see the point.

Can you? Yes. Should you? No.

There are far better items to get, especially now that the bear has an inbuilt mana pool. Mjolnir is probably the best item to get now since you no longer need to transfer it to the Druid to use the buff.

It would be good better on a hero who needs levels like Invoker, but LD is fine with a single Midas. Start working on your basher instead of another midas.

I do believe they fixed the double midas on Lone Druid ages ago. And I don't see what's all the talk about it because Midas DOESNT COST MANA!!!
