If it helps, I could talk in a ridiculous German accent whenever we play together.

If I can use mic with my lol-worthy accent then anyone can.

About mics, I can't even count how many times I've been called a kid, or accused of being one, besides hearing things like "your voice is like CM's voice", or "your voice is marvellous/your voice is terrible" (yes, both, and my voice is not subject to flutuations anymore, so...).

I'm sure everyone here thinks their voice is kinda weird. You're not alone Bunkan! :D

My girlfriend plays Dota from time to time. When she uses mic there are several pending friend requests.


Once we did an expirement. I was playing on my account (around 3,5k) and she was using mic as it was her playing. All of people were friendly and very helpful to me. I got so many tangoes at the start I could fill my inventory and whole stash with them. When we won, I used my deepest possible voice to tell them: "I was playing all the time", and they were just laughing (it must have been really awkward for them).

Kr, I will need to do that with one of my friends. It sounds awesome.
