I have some suggestions.

NATURE- The lore must not change from the nature of the hero much, for example Invoker from arrogant bastard turns into a mad wizard. This can be decied from the responses mainly, as it speaks much of the hero's nature.

SPELL- The lore must still relate to the spell, wheter it is flavor texts or just the name/effect itself. For example, if you make Terrorblade a cursed human, it wont fit the spells, wheter the effect or flavor text. As it doesnt relate the flavor text.
THE FLAVOR TEXT THING IS PROBABLY IMPOSSIBLE AND MIGHT JUST AS WELL BE IGNORED. EXAMPLE: TB BECAME A CURSED HUMAN, WHICH DOESNT FIT THE FOULFELL DESCRIPTION IN THE SPELLS(mirror, worse side of self, etc...). IF THE FLAVOR TEXT THING IS APPLIED IT WOULD BE VERY DIFFICULT.

SIMPLICITY/COMPLICTY- The story, is it very simple, or complicated as hell, a balance in both are perfect. Like a storyline with some characters which is many but is still understamdable.

WORDS- The choices of words, wheter you are writing a story where Doom speaks like a 17 year old punk with those street words or a cool/terrifying story and choices of words. Like do you prefer a "Once upon a tiime" for Invoker or "This story is about a man who goes bananas and became a crazy wizard"


LENGHT- This is Dota, I dont think it needs a ten paragraph lore. Legion Commander is an example of lore that I wont bother to read because it is so damn long. Lore isnt a big point, so I dont think it needs to be so long,
OPINIONS NEEDED

ORIGINALITY/CREATIVITY- Fairly clear and dont need much explanation.

STORYLINE- Is it very boring or is it very cool and trivial, or plain simple and predictable. I think a good lore needs some trivial and unique storyline, just like my short story about a man got a karma after breaking a promise with a pack of wolves (not bragging. okay, maybe a little). The uniqueness may also affected by the originality and creativity.

SYNERGY - The submission must adhere to the HERO's Nature. No complete re-workings.

^ i dont understand this part. but i think you mean dont make it so their abilities seem weird when reading the lore?

^ this one isnt really applicable as complexity in writing is more to do with the prose or structure.

VOCABULARY - The submission will be rated on the language used. This means it doesnt need big words, just not ones that are slang.

^^ This one is pretty much the same as ORIGINALITY. since an original story is in essence a "Unique" one. how about change it too...hmmm

PREFERENCE - The submission will be rated by the voters upon their PREFERENCE Meaning " I LIKE THIS ONE MORE THEN THAT ONE.


ill add one because its supposed to be there.

ADHERENCE - The Submission should adhere to the DOTA2 universe as much as possible.

Hold on. Just to clarify, my item didnt give unobstructed vision for the hero's whole vision, it is just 600 radius.

So if you are at day u might have 1800 vision. The mask just gave 600 radius, or one-third of your current vision.
Just to clarify if someone made a mistake.
