i thought of something more ******ed.

1. "Captains coin-flip draft"
2 premade teams with premade captains. When everybody is in lobby (no more player changes!) both captains do a draft via http://dota2draft.the-cluster.org/. A coinflip will decide which team will get which draft.

2. "Signature Hero draft"
2 teams with a captain. Regular captains draft with the restriction, that only the 6 most played heroes per teammember are in the pool.

So my pool would be:

Crystal Maiden, Crystal Maiden, Crystal Maiden, Crystal Maiden, Crystal Maiden and Crystal Maiden?

Great idea 10/10!

But srsly none of my top 6 heroes are "in meta" except maybe Mirana?

not being "meta" is the point here. and duh ....i would have Sniper in that pool atm :3

Everybody buys Force Staffs and Refresher Orbs and push enemy creeps towards your own tower.
Also Lich with double sacrifice.

How about chen wars mid?

I know, but when I play with Xyrus as captain, I get Skywrath mage because "he is good" even though I don't want to play him -.-
