Yes, you can. Any member can play, there's no requirement.
Just say confirmed or unconfirmed for saturday and sunday, and be there in the group chat on time. In the chat you'll get the password for the lobby game. Also PM me your dotabuff if you're new to the inhouses, so we know it's you. Welcome :)

I don't think it's that bad, at least seems like as many people as usually, and more than for the last in-house that didn't work out (cause different timings and servers If I remember correctly).

PS: I can't really confirm because I have other stuff on the weekend, but I will very probably be playing one of the days for sure at least (and I know the same for Tim and Bunkan).

Unconfirmed's don't count for one. Generally only two thirds of them or something actually show up. And if you look at the last FailFish inhouse, confirmed's don't count for one either since there was 3 of them and only 2 people showed up on both days (and that's counting me, and I wasn't even signed up XD)

Generally it's best to make sure that there will be at least 10. Or 11 or 12, since you have to count the casters.
