Title says it. Who would you say is the strongest 1v1 hero in the game? This includes item builds of course, and assumes that magic abilities could be nullified by BKB. Sorry Tinker, your E-Blade Dagon combo doesn't count in my book.
I would say Troll Warlord. He is the only hero besides Ursa who can reach the attack speed cap WITHOUT items. His Fervor makes him a master at 1v1 fighting, Berserker's Rage gives him a 10% chance to bash for 2 seconds fully leveled while giving him a BAT of 1.55. With over 3 attacks per second with max attack speed, he can bash fairly reliably. Whirling Axes (Melee) causes the enemy to miss 60% of the time for 7 seconds. That's a very powerful skillset for 1v1 fighting.
Who would you think is the best 1v1 fighter in the game?
Razor? 224 stolen damage is not even 1 Divine Rapier. I don't think it can make him the best fighter 1 vs. 1 6 slotted.
I don't know how about you, guys, but I would think about Lone Druid at first and, still, Faceless Void. Providing good Chronosphere and wise item choice versus specific heroes and what can you say?
Heroes to watch out for early to mid that have not been mentioned:
Viper - You thought you had attack speed.
Huskar - Hi, you just lost 50% of your HP.
Lina - If she lands all three spells... back to the fountain for you.
Jugs - Blade fury is great for first blood and Omnislash will take out most heroes if he catches you alone.
Late game.... pick your carry. So much depends on farm, getting fed, what items, etc.
I was talking about starting 1v1 from scratch, not about late game, I was saying Razor can win anything 1v1 starting from the beginning, late game maybe not.

Perma-bashers have a big advantage in 1v1 man fights - I'd probably go for a 6 slotted Faceless Void - fight starts with 6 seconds of Chronosphere, followed by insane attack speed Time Lock procs. Backtrack cares not about your puny MKB. You might not even get to fight back...
Sven and Slardar are also surprisingly good in these situations.
