By a time, when i'm losing, i rage so bad.Yes, i try everything to win (i play mostly carry).I comebacked so many times with heroes like AM for example.I dont lose often.2 out of 3 games i win, but when im losing i blame my play so much.I try to do everything so perfect, and that causes me to make mistakes, and when i make just 1 little mistake, i get so angry at myself.I dont know what to do to leave the rage behind. My goal in every game is to WIN, and if i dont win i get angry and i say that i wont play dota ever again, that dota is the worst game ever made, that League is better that Dota (:)) ye i know its a little bit too far). But what can i do to play like a normal fkin player, to accept losing, cuz seems like i can't.

Play Custom Games - stop caring about winning EVERY game and play games where winning and losing don't matter. You won't get anywhere if you stress out at every loss.

This may help you.

While it's good to be aware of your mistakes and learn from them, beating yourself up hard everytime you make one is counter-productive. Even the best players make mistakes, and DOTA is a game where mistakes are very difficult to judge. Between a bit luck and RNG can some decisions fall.

Don't get me wrong, bht what you are doing is perfectly fine. You are looking to improve. By not blaming the others but yourself for your own mistakes, you are proving the fact that you are ready to take a step forward.

Download your games, check them, find mistakes, think about what you did wrong and try to think about what you could have done to prevent that. If it is getting to you, play something stress relieving. I go for ARPGs for example, it's pretty soothing to disembowl hundreds and hundreds of monsters. Path of Exile is the game of choice because it is super dark and gritty.

Point is: You are ready to improve. Take the step. Feeling stressed? Play something else as well, dota is not the only video game in existance.

The great thing about a game like Dota 2 is that you can play terribly one game and the next game it doesn't matter at all because everything is reset, the only thing that is consistently the same is you as a player.
