Leshrac is a bit too good right now...wouldn't call him overpowered though.
True, this patch feels pretty balanced, even Gyro/Undying got nerfed soon after the patch got released so at least Icefrog cares...they're really good but not broken level.
Well Glimmer Cape is still OP though, and will remain so until this ******** 900 cast range gets reduced to a glorified melee range...but well can't have it all :)

Morphling is a pretty horrible hero against a pushing lineup anyways. Rushing BKB on Morph feels pretty freaking bad...since the whole point of BKB is to not get stunned while you're right-clicking...so the item does nothing if you have no right-click in the first place. Better to avoid fights, rush Boots of Travel, and be a true rat.
WIth the new 45 second cooldown, I don't see why you would rush anything else than travels on Morph now...or on many other heroes for that matter. Boots of rat...what an item.
Ethereal Blade in this game only works if you really hate Sniper...but 2-shotting Sniper is about all the item would have done in this game, since it's very bad against all the other heroes especially Huskar. And since Lesh was your problem...Eblade would have done nothing since Lesh always builds tanky before you can finish the eblade...and always goes BKB or euls, making the eblade combo useless.

If you're sick of mid Leshracs... Templar Assassin is there for you if you want an ez mid. Tryhards would pick Huskar against him as well.
Pugna is often picked in competitive against Lesh... Nether Ward owns him.

A really good Leshrac counter is Clockwerk. He prevents our pony friend from moving around the fight, since he'll be trapped in cogs, And leshracs animations are long enough that Battery Assault cancels most of his spells. Lesh will just have to stand there and right click, with he isn't very good at.
when a thing is done, it's done. Don't look back.

how about trying usual builds like
Invoker quas wex who can just emp him and make him go home
OR if you are talking late game, you can kill him when you do OMNI repel HUSKAR, huskar ulti on lesh thing?
you can **** lesh with antimage or even tiny toss can pawn him, try getting sniper to harass from distance or get a bloodseeker so you can rupture then silence for 6 seconds.
i can think of silencor taking care of the business, a nyx assasin can eat his mana and finish him, personally i think pick noob hero to counter lesh that will feel even better, just riki smoke or LUNA ULTI do the job for you. Picking a noob hero against your lesh challenge will feel better, that way you can just trashtalk the leshrac picker and LOL GL. I hate leshrac too btw. I will comment more if I see a good solution.

Urn of Shadows & Blade Mail, easy win ;)

Good counters are anyone who uses these items, preferably strength hero. First one coming to mind: Clockwerk.
Others: Spirit Breaker, Earth Spirit, Bristleback, Tusk, Huskar
This is my signature. This is my dotabuff.
