I guess he means Skeleton King, you need just one button to play him(except the items that require activation), Sand King can be difficult to play.

If your looking to play an easy and fun hero you can always give Ogre Magi a go. Even though he's an Intelligence hero...
  • He has a large Strength stat gain for an Intelligence hero so he can be played like an off-tank
  • His ultimate ability Multi Cast makes him interesting to use as all his damage is based on chance which can result in some very wicked tide-changing results
  • He doesn't require a whole lot of items to be successful

Sniper - ranged so you don't have to worry about constant harass and all skills are ranged and all you need is a Lothars (Shadow Blade in Dota2) for survival!

There's really no room for debate, Skeleton King is basically a joke. A crit passive, a lifesteal AURA passive so he never has to leave lane, and then a free rosh immortality as his ult...which he doesn't even have to activate before he dies for it to work! He has one active ability, and its a ranged stun.

I mean he's got everything going for him except for a ranged attack auto attack. I don't understand how anyone could NOT think he's the easiest hero to play? His ultimate makes the game so much more forgiving when you make a mistake, and the CD is short enough that it may just be up every time you end up needing, especially at rank 3.

Skeleton king is my number 1 noob choice. Any friend of mine who I teach how to play I get to play as him first. Reasons why:

-He is a carry, they then do not have to worry about learning about 'who gets the kill' like in support roles
-Simple spell line up (3 passives, 1 active stun)
-Simple item build
-Durable

And to further elaborate on the spell set. His passives are a crit, a life steal aura to make sure he doesn't need to go to base often, and his ult is a resurrect which makes any mistake much more forgivable. Oh, and his active is a ranged stun. His melee auto-attack is the only downside, as I find ranged heroes easier for noobs as they don't need to worry about harassment. But don't worry, the life steal makes up for that in some parts.

Visage... LOL

I say Dragon Knight, Skeleton King, Vengeful Spirit or Sven. Anyone who has a stun and some decent HP is best for newcomers. They give a nice intro into ganking and escaping, which needs to be learnt early to survive upcoming games.

I wouldn't recommend playing a carry, ir you're a beginner.
-farming can be tricky and a underfarmed carry is frustarting to play
-if you die a few times early on carries also tend to get useless and frustrating to play

Even if you only have 1 active, if you keep dying, because you are underleveled and -farmed it's no fun.

For a beginner I always recommend Lich, Nightsalker, Bane, maybe Lion. These Heroes are not as farm dependent as a carry and their abilities are easy to understand and with their ults you can alwaays deal some damage.

But thats just my opinion :)
