Huskar is amazing harasser, just like Viper. Due to their orb walking, harassing is a piece of chocolate cake.

^No, not just like Viper. He's the number 1 harasser in the game. Viper can't match Huskar in harassing because Viper uses mana and Huskar uses HP. This is what makes Burning Spears different from other harassing skills and the best.

^This. You can't have a conversation about harassers without mentioning a hero who can screw up your cs.

Huskar and Jakiro are the most unpleasant in my opinion. Bane can be really bad, but not many people seem to get Enfeeble.

But you can't get a kill with huskar if you have no disables in your lane, meanwhile viper can easily get a kill once you caught your enemy out of position due to the poison slow. It costs viper's mana to harass? Clarity!

Nope, Viper cannot solo kill anyone. They'll just TP out.

Lose mid to Viper? That's fine you just picked the wrong hero. Get solo killed by Viper? GG report noob mid.

Best harashers in game IMO are Jakiro and Silencer

It's either being killed by Viper or left the lane undefended after tp back to base and let Viper free farm while you go back to lane by foot and missed a lot of XP and golds.
