Experimental Lab?

Hi all, Yzreel here! Look, so I am trying to create my first guide EVER, and I am not too confident about my coding skill. I don't know the first thing about size here (how big is 64 and such), if my code is really right or things like that. So anyway, what I want to ask is if there a place where I can post my draft just to see how it actually look outside the BB code? Sort of like experimental lab before the real publishment.

You can start a guide without publishing it.

However, what I mean is not how to do the guide and formatting. I have learnt about basic BB code and have almost finished making it in words doc. What I wanted to know is if there any way to check my codes before actually publishing it.

There is. You can press "save" and, unless you press "publish", only you will be able to see the guide.

Also, every time you want to update your guide you'll have to press "publish" after saving, so you can use "save" on an already published guide to see the results without showing them to the others.

Yeah, it is. I know there's a lot of good guide about him going around, but I decide if I want to start my first guide I'd better start with my favorite hero, so....

Good luck on the guide, personally, I'd forget about the layout until last. When you start making the guide, immediately Bookmark it (if you stay logged in, you can always access it this way), so you can get any random thoughts down immediately. Next, type them up coherently, then when you're done, format to perfection. It's how I'm writing my DK Guide atm. 8{D

P.S. don't forget to add videos, such as Professional Games, your own games, dotacinema, random moments, or even funny clips, e.g....
