So I pretty much know exactly where this abomination of an RPG is headed, so there is a very good chance I'll be posting them much more regularly than the weekly schedule. So this is out two days ahead of time.

No intro jokes this time round because I figured if you want one you should check my Dotabuff stats.

Act XIII: Freed from the Real

Whisky, however, did not, and Tresdin drained another glass before refilling it.

"You say he incapacitated her? Lanaya was not a part in this… murder?"

The Crystal Maiden slowly shook her head, shaking. It was unfortunate she was too young to drink - Tresdin thought it may have calmed her, made this report easier for her.

Perhaps Lanaya were innocent, taken against her will. But Tresdin knew of the Psychomancer, and anything he was involved in was full of lies and duplicity. Rylai gazed at her with pools of sadness.

The night was soothing, calm and cool, the sky perfectly clear. The waxing moon bathed Slom in pale light, and the stars sparkled amidst the velvet canopy. The highest spire of House Avernus was an astronomy, built by Lord Kayle d'Avernus two hundred and fifty years ago. It was here that Abaddon now stood, gazing longingly into the sky and thinking deep thoughts.

Now is the moment, he told himself. There had not been nearly as much preparation as he would have liked, but that could not be helped. It was now or never. Not only that, but he was still needed at the Ancient War. He had sworn to assist Arash in the endgame.

Act XI: Over the Edge

Lanaya woke gasping for air, head throbbing painfully. The shredding agony from her wound had subsided to a dull ache, and she noticed that someone had stitched the wound shut.

She was locked in a cell inside on of the buildings, who knew which one. Slowly, she looked around, trying to find anything that might be able to help here escape, but there was no such luck. She tried using her psychic abilities, but something was blocking her.

"I'm going to kill him," she snarled. He would burn. She wondered what the room would look like painted in Arash's blood, but figured that he wouldn't come in here at all to give her the opportunity to see.

Sorry for the extra week, I was on holidays.

Act X: It All Comes Together in the End

Her rage had burnt down to smouldering ashes but her hatred remained a blazing inferno.

It had taken the two another day to reach the Dire Ancient, and over that time, Lanaya had seethed. She could never bring herself to forgive Arash for what he had done. To think she had once pitied him. She could picture it already, him bleeding, broken on the ground, in hundreds of pieces. The image was burnt on her brain. It was justified, but more than that-

It was… glorious.

He would burn- no. She would drag him before the Hidden Ones and enact their lethal judgement. Painfully, of course. But no less honourably.

She could see the walls of the fortress in the distance, and wondered what Arash was planning.

"Oh, of course!" he said suddenly. "You're my prisoner now, aren't you?"
