Vladmir's Offering v2.0

Huuzza ! My Vladmir's Offering finally buffed to fit my playstyle. More reasons to build Vladmir's Offering to supports.

1. Sentry Ward and Observer Ward shares same item slots which make you not-fully slotted for the support thingy.
2. 10% lifesteal for ranged (yes it is) which is mostly supports.
3. Does stack with Assault Cuirass
4. Scales at Late Game.
5. Cheap parts.

I think this item would be seen more back to pro scenes.
