Alchemist regenerates 1% of his maximum health every second when is ult is active. He also receives a 1/2 of the regen and BAT bonuses when his ultimate is not active. (Might be very OP. Please discuss.)
Wraith King spawns a Wraith Knight upon his death if Reincarnation is off cooldown. While the Wraith King is resurrecting, the invulnerable Wraith Knight is able to move and attack enemies with a melee attack. The Wraith Knight does 50/75/100% of Wraith King's base damage, has all of Wraith King's auras (including his Vampiric Aura)but has none of his other spells. The Wraith King is reborn in the Wraith Knight's place.
Broodmother gains the Egg Sac ability, which allows her to place an egg sac at the target location within 500 distance. It has a 50 mana cost and a 15 second cooldown. The Egg Sac has 200 health and can go invisible in a web. The egg sac explodes when activated, dealing 100/150/200 damage to enemies (based on the level of Insatiable Hunger and applying an Incapacitaing Bite debuff to enemies 300 distance from the egg sac. In addition, 1/2/3/4 Spiderlings will spawn from the egg sac (based on the level of Spawn Spiderlings). A maximum of 2/4/6/8 of them can be placed at a time (based on the level of Spin Web. If the number of existing egg sacs exceeds the maximum limit, then the oldest egg sac will explode. If destroyed by an enemy, the egg sac will inflict no damage or slow, but will still spawn Spiderlings.
(You know, I think this Egg Sac thing is good enough to replace Spawn Spiderlings with. It really fits Broodmother's play style, in my opinion.)
second one : total maximum damage : 80 * 7 + 36 * 6 = 776 damage (physical). not OP, depends on cooldown of skill.
I believe your calculations are incorrect. The Quills increases in damage (by 30/32/34/36) for each Quill that has hit the enemy within the last 14 seconds. So the first hit does 80 damage at lvl 4, the second does 80+36=116, third 116+36=142 and so on. So the formula and damage of Pincushion would as below (this is gonna be too long for your all to care about but I do):
Total damage = 20L*W + (28+2L)*sum(Q->[W+Q-1])
L - level of Quill Spray
W - Warpath Charges
Q - number of Quill Sprays that has hit the enemy in the last 14 seconds.
Examples of damage done to one enemy (it is AoE though, remember!): Used as initiation: Max levels, 7 Warpath charges and 0 Quil-hits from before that comes to:
80*7 + 36*(6+5+4+3+2+1+0) = 1316 physical damage (to all enemies).
Used mid fight: Max levels, hit 4 times before, 6 Warpath charges:
80*6 + 36(9+8+7+6+5+4) = 1884 physical
It takes 13/12/12/11 stacks of Quill Spray to reach the maximum damage cap per Sprey of 480, so if the enemy has been hit by (13/12/12/11 minus W) quills before, we have to account for that. Result:
MAX damage - with max levels, hit 10 times before, 7 Warpath charges - is:
7*480 = 3360 physical
To me this seems... a bit OP, but considering 3360 damage is the absolute maximum - an ideal case that will rarely happen - then maybe, maybe. It does make Bristle a very scary late game hero though, like he wasn't already...

The Wraith King is reborn in the Wraith Knight's place. This is a great one! It enables WK to change where he spawns, making it easier to escape or to continue fighting after he's resurrected, and he will be both more useful as a support and more damaging as a carry, but not too much, perfect. Love it.
@Swixcap love the Bristleback idea :D. Thanks, I do too! :D
EDIT: Follow up: The ability could have a 1 second charge time and then only release 3 Quills per second or something? That's sort of fast, but not very fast. And BB would have to stand still for up to 3 1/3 seconds, making him quite vulnerable. Then it wouldn't be OP.
Love it! Pretty balanced I would say. It's similar to Silencer applying Curse of the Silent on people with Global Silence. The differences are that Weave is not global, Poison Touch does a bit less damage and doesn't drain mana, but in return it slows and stuns briefly.
@Swixcap Clinkz-Yes I agreed with you, tell me when you have the final idea for it. Batrider-It can be OP but how large the AoE are? Bristleback-Awesome. Hard to pull off but very strong. Cast time: 1.5~3 seconds, then 3 quills per second, kinda Epicenter, is that ok? Brewmaster-Good idea, mind tell me the stats about the water spirit?
@Unscathed Io-He is f-ing scary now. You may need to extend the length because maintaining distance between 2 heroes is quite hard. Undying-Wow, both upgrades are awesome, tell me when you have the final ideas. Sniper-Still very boring man, slowing your target that are miles away are not very helpful.
@porygon Weaver-Sure, it will be added. Alchemist-Too much regen, he is still very kitable. Wraith King-Love the idea, what about create a pair of wraith knight that does 20%/30%/40% damage and possesses Mortal Strike? You can attack 2 enemies simultaneously since all enemies are slowed, then you can choose to spawn on the same spot where Wraith King is killed, or replace either one wraith knight. Broodmother-Love the idea, how to "activate" the egg sac? Dazzle-How is Poison Touch applied when casted Weave? Weave lasts for 24 seconds but Poison Touch only lasts for 10 seconds. Dragon Knight-Like the Breathe Fire upgrade but not the bonus armor/magic resistance, currently he is tanky enough to stay in the fight.

Yeah the alchemist idea isn't that good. Maybe aghs should make him ranged?
I think 1 Wraith Knight is enough. The spawn location shouldn't be selected by the player so that it still requires some level of planning.
You activate the egg sac by clicking on it and pressing Q (or E for Explode Egg Sac, for you legacy users).
As in when you cast Weave, the enemies will be affected by Poison Touch, which tapers off after 10 seconds. The Weave's duration is still 24 seconds.
Alchemist: Ranged? Hmm. That gave me an idea:
With Aghanim's Scepter, Razzil (the alchemist) takes a sip of the concoction as well, entering a chemical rage himself! He starts throwing flasks at the enemies at the same speed as the ogre, but with 50% (what do you think?) of his damage. This essentially gives the hero an additional (but weaker) ranged attack.
Tweaking options: How much damage does Razzil do? Do his attacks trigger attack modifiers? Do they apply a special modifier like slow or poison? Do they have splash damage (from smashing flasks)?
@Swixcap
That might just make carry Alchemist good again, but I'm thinking...Maybe the flasks do splash damage (same aoe as Unstable Concoction) and maybe apply ministuns on hit? Seems about right.

What is the actual attack speed? I agreed with ThreadOfFate, splash damage and mini-stun on impact is very nice. In addition, during Chemical Rage, the effect of Unstable Concoction will always do full effect, thus removing the charge time and it will be thrown instantly after activation and targeting.
Meepo-You can now put 1 item to each of your Meepo's inventories.
Techies New F Ability - Sticky Bombs. Throw them at enemies or Place them on the ground. On contact, the bombs will remain jammed onto the enemy until detonated. The carrier takes 50% damage but surrounding units will take the full blow. The sticky bombs have a wide explosion radius.
