Right now, you don't really have to get Manta Style to be effective. I go vlads-diffusal-skadi for the ultra slow and lifesteal. You did pretty well against a Kunkka and a Lina, though.

Enemy team had very little control. While Unscathed had a team that had good control and physical negation.

Yes, but in the end manta doesn't do much for the new PL (except to dispel silences, of which they had none). Heart is pretty good, but I prefer Skadi because it increases his overall survivability. I pick up an early vlads so I can farm the jungle more effectively and also for the life steal later on in fights (I almost literally 1v5'd in one game thanks to the in-combat healing, and it is devastating especially when combined with Oracle's ultimate).

I pick up manta for the stats. Plus i baited enemey kunkka one time and receive a "well played"

Besides ots useful to push out lanes

I pick up a heart since i have no sustain

We can easily solve PL's problems with the vlads-diffusal-skadi build. Vlads is good for sustain from early (which is when he needs it most, in my opinion) to late game, especially when your lane is hard and you're forced to go farm the jungle. With vlads, you can also fight a little before diffusal if you have no choice. After you've finished diffusal, you'd crave some stats, which is where skadi comes in. Not only do you get absurd amounts of EHP, you also get a bonus slow UAM that stacks with diffusal and vlads lifesteal aura.

Manta is still pretty good though, with the movement speed bonus, stats and the active. If the enemy team has many heroes that can silence you, then Manta is really good. Heart as well, it lets you regenerate chip damage you take before a fight and restore your health to full afterwards. Heart was a good choice in your game, but I think if you wanted stats you should have considered skadi instead of manta.

Also pory dont mention it please, and ontopic what do you think about Satanic?

Satanic on PL sounds pretty good. The lifesteal bonus is very powerful, and you can immediately begin making new illusions with full health after you activate the item at low health. Can't get Skadi though, but if you had Satanic, you wouldn't need it.
