Lone Druid : Aghanim's Scepter allows the bear to have stats. The bear's base stats are equal to 35% of the druid's stats.
The bear can now build stat items, and it also encourages building stat items on the druid. And building Aghs gives an instant buff to the bear's HP, armor and DPS because he instantly receives STR and AGI.
Do you have any idea how hard that would be to code? Given that Dota runs on the WC3 engine (which kicks ***, btw), triggering that would be ridiculously complicated. The Spirit Bear is a standard unit, which does not benefit from stats, while the Druid is a Hero. You'd have to make the Bear a Hero, but that would raise a whole lot of other issues... such as base magic resistance, which is hardcoded into the game, and being targeted as a Hero, which is also hardcoded.
A smoother way would be to grant the bonus HP from True Form (which would be rather easy to trigger, just create a bunch of new units and trigger in their spawn based on Ags), and give the bear bonus HP, damage and armour based upon the Druid's stats, since he's a stat Hero anyway. Perhaps 1 str = 10 HP, 1 Agi = 1 damage, 10 Agi = 1 armour. Easier on the programmers, and probably more balanced.

Sniper: I think he's ult's range is already wide enough, we should make in more creative and fun.
Templar Assassin: Lol, her ult was just to slow enemies, I think if you add damage and silence it kind of sounds like Techies :P
Phantom Assassin: Too high crit chance, I won't think PA users will buy this 'cause they have to farm alot of farm to buy Lifesteal and bash so they won't really lay there hands on scepter just for this.

Shes actually PRD based so you can actually have an unlucky streak of 32 attacks.

is easy to do but please factor in this.
She actually has 3.2222% chance at the attack she does first to crit.
A very low chance and also she does 4 attacks at max using her blink strike.
Technically, it is not a 52% increase. IMO it is only a range of 12% increase to 39% increase.
You make AS to increase that chance because actually stacking Raw damage is not very effective on her, and that is the reason.
You rather would like 2 crits of 700 rather than one crit of 1000 in same amount of time. Going anti armor is even better since you flat out get better money for your damage's worth.
Interestingly, this might suggest to build a scepter BKB basher combo if PA gets made as suggested in scepter upgrades. Because at 50% she will crit in 4 strikes(chance gain at 20-30-40-50), i.e. 1 Phantom Strike is a guaranteed crit.
What about add an active sub-skill to Coup de Grace which will grant her 100% crits chance on next attack with 1 second cast time and 4 seconds cooldown?
