Those early items were created for a different skill build. Its designed to make Juggernaut a full on farming-right-click carry. It is actually better in that regard. You max the Blade Dance and get a point in Blade Fury purely to evade spells. It focuses your mana instead into Omnislash and Healing Ward. The only problem I see in it is that, so much has to go into making the laning phase work. You need to be babied properly to compensate for the loss in killing power from Blade Fury. The laning phase is when that skill truly shines. The enemies dont really need to be that afraid of you without it. It does quickly lose significance after laning so I get the logic behind skipping it. I would only go with this skill build if:
  1. I'm in a stack with friends I trust. Or...
  2. I'm in a lane where Blade Fury cant net me kills.
Like if my lane mate has a slow instead of a stun and we're up against Dark Seer who can just Surge away.

The stats at lvl 2 are mostly for HP and MP (and a bit of right-click). I'd prefer you use your mana to damage with Blade Fury than Healing Ward that early, you have Tangos anyway. If you got Blade Dance at lvl 2, that's ok too but you just need to be more mana conscious by lvl 6.

MoM + Phase Boots= New Pro Build ggnore

On a more serious note, is the early point in stats for laning survivability? I know that some Anti-Mage players will grab early stats for added survivability and farming potential.

Ok! I hit publish so is everything visible now? Thanks so much, I was so stressed cause I put effort into making it pretty haha.

Some of the situational items are not the strongest options for Jugg but can be useful to the team. You cant always dictate item builds or team picks when you solo queue. So I put items I think are worth noting if no one else is getting it and have some semblance of synergy with Juggernaut. I have this sort of crab-mentality style of picking items. It's not enough for me to get something to make me stronger. I want it to make an enemy weaker if I can. Like more bang-for-your-buck kind of thing. If I were just looking to make me alone stronger, I would almost always build a Butterfly and/or Mjollnir for Omnislash madness.

On Radiance: I understand that it is generally better on Tanky or Illusion based heroes because it either lasts longer or is safe from a distance. Juggernaut is neither but he's somewhat decent since the aura damage works during Omnislash (4.4 seconds invulnerability). The main indicator I placed for buying Radiance is to cancel Blink Daggers. Merlini likes building this early together with a Boots of Travel as a Solo-Mid. But that's because he can farm it so fast with his mechanical skill. I wouldnt suggest it to a new player just looking to try out Jugg.

On Ring of Aquila: I used to always build Drum of Endurance and it was great! It gave me my midgame HP, MP, and the MS boost was nice. I think it's the best item to get IF you are not building Aghanim's Scepter. Their functions overlap in terms of HP and MP pool. I really like the item progression of an early Ring of Basilius. You start with like 1 more armor in 6.83, and with an RoP, its like you're Terrorblade. Wraith Band and Magic Wand gives enough stats for the early game in my experience (6-INT, 6-STR, 9-AGI)

on Sange and Yasha: I think its an okay item on Jugg. Its expensive for the amount it gives but all of it is useful. That being said, its usually better to allocate funds on other items. Sometimes a Yasha alone is enough and Manta Style is a nice pickup if you have AGI boosting items like Butterfly or Diffusal Blade for illusion damage

He actually has offense against Linken's Sphere as a core as well.

I have seen him barf over SnY as an item pickup on Agi midgame carries.

man this site is funny.

Don t listen to timminatorr - put Sange and Yasha there between 2x square brackets. SnY is a good item.
Timmi.. I like you man I really do nice guides and all, I even referenced your guide on blink daggen in one of my guides.. but if you say anything bad about Sny, drum or armlet we will not be friends any more. I thought we had a thing here..but no more beer for you!

((Blink Dagger)) but with instead of (( )) results in Blink Dagger.

Not a bad guide, but there are some pickups like Radiance that are, well, pub material.
