Harpy Wings


Active effect, passive effect
Total cost: 2050
Recipe cost: 215
Includes: Wraith Band, Quarterstaff, Robe of the Magi, Recipe

[Passive] Harpy swiftness:[/b] Gives bonus movement speed to the bearer of the amulet.
[Active] Flight of Harpy: Allows to pass through terrain for 1.75 secs.

Mana cost: 25
Coooldown: 45

Bonus movement speed: 10%
+13 damage
+10 attack speed
+10 to all attributes

The bonus movement speed from Harpy Swiftness doesn't stack

Could be a core item on gankers/roamers. Also nice escape item for heroes who lack escape mechanism. Moreover useful for slow heroes. Would work nice on Troll Warlord, Terrorblade, Lifestealer, Ursa, Medusa.

*CHANGELOG*
15/10/14: Reworked the recipe and cost. Made it more like Drums of Endurance for agility based heroes.

Pass through terrain for 3 seconds?? How 'bout just unit walking? Or reduce the time?

An average hero has 295 movespeed. 15% of that is 44.5, which is less than a ordinary pair of boots. :C

Changed duration to 1.75secs. Changed movement speed bonus to 10%. It's not supposed to be a pair of boots, more like Drums of Endurance. Replaced Boots of Speed in the recipe.

Ring of Aquila will be forgotten if this items exists :P

I think this item should be more expensive, let's say :
quarter staff 900 gold

Null Talisman 470 gold

Recipe 650 gold

Total price 2020 gold

Which can be alternate to Blink Dagger or Force Staff, and also provide a little damage and attack speed for gankers/roamers, and some stat boosts for supports.
