For most people this patch is 2GB, i have heard people say it was only 10MB for them... but there are the notes.

I did. It didnt solve my problems, but when. I restart laptop my offline mode is okay. Didnt test out the update tho.

Plus, i delete my workshop tools

I deleted the workshop tools and the update was gone. I don't even play the custom modes so I can't be bothered to be updating them all the time.
