I don't like your starting items, its way too greedy when you only have a set of tangos with out block, try Stout Shield, Tango, Slippers of Agility. You should have a little gold left over that you can use on getting a Poor Man's Shield the instant creeps get to lane. This build provides as much damage +15 from Quelling Blade vs the +6 from PMS, but you can be a lot more aggressive at level 2 and you can shrug of most harass (-20 damage block is like 50% damage reduction). I feel you save you self from having to buy additional regen/leave lane if you go this route.

Hi, It seems like you are not familiar with formatting on Dotafire. I recommend you to check out Dr.D guide to formatting, which had helped me a lot when writing my own guide.
On topic, since I'm not a Spectre player, I cannot say a whole lot. But a few people suggest Armlet of Mordiggian as a mid game item, which is pretty good for a mid game build like yours. Why do you think? Also, I think you should start with Stout Shield and buy Quelling Blade later.
I'm looking forward to future updates.
Cheers!

I sometimes play Spectre with a build like yours, but I prefer going for a Blade Mail instead of the Hood of Defiance: a 15 minute Spectre with Drums and Blade Mail is a huge teamfight contributor in the early stages of the game, plus by maxing Desolate (which is a good choice) you still have damage when chasing.

I don't really like the starting items, but the rest fits quite well: more people should try builds like this instead of "rushing" a 30 minute Radiance.
