Grimorium's guide lists everything that Tornado Dispels.

I'm thinking of making a Eul's Scepter of Divinity Guide since it's probably the most complicated Item in the game, but basically, it will Dispel certain Buffs from enemies or certain Debuffs from you. It never removes a Buff from you, or a Debuff from your opponents.

Also noone understands why it's such a good Item in almost every Situation. T-T

I'd so read a guide to Euls. It's a great item - not as great as Armlet, but still.

Also, on a vaguely-related topic, #shotsfired comes from a bloke in Riot staff nicknamed 'Shots', who was fired for saying that Dota was an objectively better game than League.

What o.O somebody got fired for that?!?!

Anyways I would love to read a guide about Eul's Scepter of Divinity
I do enjoy 2 hours of nosebleed reading (no really I so get headaches sometimess.
