Did you guys think about those responses of certain heroes that can be heard to all heroes, even if they are in the enemy team? Do not consider denying.

First thing that comes to mind is: "Fresh Meat!" by Pudge. It is global and everyone can hear this, even if it was used on a creep.

Another one is: "Be ensnared in fire", or: "Bonded - you and I!" by Ember Spirit, using Searing Chains. It is not global, but all surrounding heroes can hear that.

I believe, that Fissure is a loud response. Also Walrus Punch, Amplify Damage - "Your armor melts away!", "You are Doomed!", Blade Fury, Pounce, Shallow Grave, Exorcism - I am not sure about this.

Lol? That is ported from DotA. Icefrog made it global in dota, why should it be considered a bug here?

It's heard globally, but it won't play if you don't have vision of Pudge. If Pudge is in the fog of war Dismember can be heard (bug). If Pudge uses Dismember on Roshan or creep (without having vision over Pudge) it can still be heard (bug).
