Hello everyone,
I hope I won't offend anyone but I think the online presence of TI4 is a little bad (or I am too stupid to use the Site).
I had quite a hard time finding out when the playoffs would be. whenever I clicked on the ingame TI4 link it just showed me when the qualifiers were (long past) and nothing more (or again i was too stupid to find it). So I had to look around and finally found a page on the Liquipedia which showed when the matches were and how the Playoffs would go down. Considering how much (more than expected) money they made selling compendiums I thought it would be explained a bit better by Valve/TI4 staff.

Also I just found out just now trough my own research that a steam-linked Twitch account would also make u eligible for spectator Item drops (up until now I was watching ingame then switched to Twitch when the game was over to hear what analysts said).

Another thing that has been bugging me is that I dont know how to get to the commentator Menu (the menu which pops up when you join a commentated game). In this menu u see who commentates and in which language, which is pretty nice. When you click on one it disappears and if you want to change the commentator you have to switch them in the little other menu (without lanuage hints etc.)

This is not a rant or a flame this is a request for guidance so I (and maybe others experiencing similar "nooby" problems) can enjoy the TI4 more.

Additional question: If there is more than one game at the same time will I get Item drops from all of them when I watch them in seperate tabs? btw. I have never gotten any drops (not even pcp) so I dont know if I am doing it correctly by having TI4 on auto spectate and following the commentators.

Thanks in advance and sry for wall of text!

You could have just checked Twitch and follow the TI streams. But yes, the rest was poor on Valve's apart.

I believe most people use Gosugamers for info on Matchups, it's pretty good in providing info on the start times and the layout.

I use this schedule to keep up with the right dates and times of the matches, maybe it helps you.

Thank you guys!
(Although its getting easier to decide which game to watch with there only being one game at a time)
