Artrastan, the Adventurous Soul,
Artrastan loves adventures; no place in the world has avoided being seen by his eyes, except for one plot of land. The battleground of the Ancients. Focusing his telescope, binoculars and writing down on his map. He sets off to join the battle, possibly discovering something that could turn the tides of battle.
Attributes:
Health: 320
Mana: 220
Strength: 18
Agility: 22 (Primary Attribute)
Intelligence: 19
Movement Speed: 305
Armour: 2.5

(Target Enemy)
Examine,
Using his telescope, Artrastan takes note of weaknesses in the enemy's defense, weakening their armour.
Armour loss: 8/9/10/11
Duration: 3/4/5/5.5
Cooldown: 11/9/8/7

(Target Point) (AoE)
Treasure Trove,
Artrastan digs into the soil, discovering a chest of gold. All allies in the radius gain gold per second. (Enemies can destroy the chest taking small damage if they do)
Damage: 50/60/70/80
Gold per second: 2/3/4/5
Radius: 300
Duration: 15/20/25/30
Cooldown: 90/85/80/75

(Target Point) (Line)
Vine Swing,
Artrastan swings on a vine, stunning enemies he swings by for a long time, and dealing moderate damage. The more heroes he swings through the longer the stun. (0.5 is added per enemy)
Stun: 1/1.5/2/2.5
Damage: 100/150/200/250
Mana: 100/110/120/125 Cooldown: 16/16/16/15

Wild hunt,
Artrastan flies up in his hot air balloon, hunting down enemies. The balloon moves at max movement speed and can fire a limited amount of arrows, which deal huge damage. Enemies can only be hit 3 times each. When the duration ends (or balloon is destroyed by tower) Artrastan is taken back to the fountain. Towers can shoot down the balloon. Heroes can also shoot down the balloon. If this is done. Artrastan will crash on that hero's location, losing 50% of his health but stunning all enemies in the crash site.
Arrow damage: 100/150/200 (scepter 225)
Stun duration: 2/2.25/2.5
Hero hits: 10/11/12
Amount of arrows: 5/6/7 (scepter 9)
Tower hits: 5/6/7 (scepter 8)
Duration: 12/14/16 (scepter 18)
Mana: 100/150/200 Cooldown: 90/85/80

Probably support. All of his abilities are mainly designed to help teammates. Treasure trove, for example would be handy early game for getting a gold advantage for a carry. He'd probably be good at initiating a fight too with his vine swing. Whatever you think really!

Examine is a weaker version of Medallion, even at level 4, and I don't think that's right :P. Probably need to remove the mana cost and increase the duration to make it worthwhile.

Treasure Trove sounds like a fun spell! Just need to place on the ground at level 1 and there, level 1 bottle available for your mid hahaha (please don't do this :P).

Vine Swinger's cooldown is kinda short, make it 15 second cooldown at all levels, or it will be an OP chainstunning skill. I've actually thought of making a hero with a swinging skill too, but I never got around to doing it heheh.

His ultimate is really powerful, and it will ensure that he does not die after use, since he goes back into the fountain. Would be a little imbalanced, but I like it this way :D

Thanks! I changed the duration of examine and removed mana cost, and increased the duration of vine swing. (15 secs at max level) Thank you for the help! (I'll also change the ulti a tad bit)

It's very similar to burrow strike. He stays wherever he lands at the end of the ability! He'd probably be pretty good at initiating fights. Thanks for checking this out!

Examine still seems weak (at least to me). I mean, look at amplify damage. Compare the reduction and cooldown.

Thanks for the help. I changed it a bit, but I'm not very good at figuring out what's too strong/weak. I increased the reduction and decreased the cooldown a bit.
