Actually, since it was Dire 4th Ban, and Radiant had already had their 4th Ban, it should have been Dire 3rd Pick afterwards.

It goes:-

The Team that gets their 1st Pick last, gets their 2nd Pick first.
The Team that gets their 2nd Pick last, gets their 3rd Ban first.
The Team that gets their 4th Ban last, gets their 3rd Pick first.

^ Those are the 3 points where 1 Team gets 2 moves in a row.

wow ....ok...i knew about the first 2 points but i actually never realized the third one...and i have played CM a fair amount Oo. Also even the idea of banning right before picking, seemed a bit counterintuitive to me.
