[Suggestion] - Adding some of the features that there are on Mobafire

Two examples:

Permalink button
Preview button
Notes in the cheat sheet
C2V (Comment to vote) function

I mean, I can live without permalink button but the preview button is kinda mandatory because I make a lot of mistakes while doing things such as coding etc. I'd also like to know if there is any need to resize the images when posting things like them

EDIT: I might just prevent spamming and post a bug report here, too:

When you click on the links on the recent discussion, the links have the "#lastcomment" tag in the end. It doesn't take you to the last comment though.

EDIT 2: I'd really like to see guides getting tag [OLD], [STALE] or something else because it'd make the scrolling through guides much faster. Also for a noob like me it can be often hard to realise that the guide is old without looking at the date.
