Please read the OP if you're confused about which order the Picks/Bans go in, for now, we'll just switch the last 2 Picks around, 1.e. Dazzle got picked for Dire, then Slardar got picked for Radiant afterwards.

So since it was Radiant 2nd Pick last turn and Dire 2nd Pick the turn before that, it is now Radiant 3rd Ban
