Correct.

The first line points out that he doesn't wield a weapon, or at least either of those blades.
Second line refers to two other tacticians from the two other games on the mobafire network. Keyword tactician.
Third line refers to him dealing with an entire army himself, which is in the lore.
Fourth line supports the third line's lore, where he is now in another solar system, trapped.

And I think I was too caught up with the sun portion to ever guess dark seer
