Funny way to counter Legion Commander

The other night a few friends and I went up against a team with Legion Commander and Ogre Magi, kinda brutal combination, Bloodlust on LC in a Duel is pretty silly. We decided on Invoker, Alchemist support, Dazzle, and Lifestealer, to ensure we had something around to nuke armor, stun, or of course Shallow Grave, and Sun Strike lands pretty easily on LC in Duel.
Early on Legion Commander was able to Jump on Lifestealer in the jungle, thankfully his armlet was on, and I managed to tp in time with invoker and cast Alacrity on Lifestealer, and hammer Legion Commander with Forge Fiends, to say the least, Naix had taken like 72 damage in duels by the end of the game, ended up murdering them pretty bad.
There are a lot of Legion Commander OP cries in pubs, I really don't see that, but we did abuse negative armor in that game pretty hard, I see her as a good hero, but I'm in the **** tier MMR so it's not too hard to outsmart other teams when I'm with friends.

as i usually play support in ranked matches i mostly tend to go for dazzle if i see the enemy team picking a LC. Duel lasts 5.5 seconds while Shallow Grave lasts 5.0 ....which destroys LCs snowballing capability completely ...although the disable alone from Duel can also be quite annoying.

if you really want to own LC, get a bane and undying to zap her strength and then orchid her during the duel and just auto win.

You can also use a non target spell like anchor smash just before he duals, press where you want to walk during that and you will run in the last clicked direction before the duel, even over cliffs, and she will follow you, over cliffs. :P

But ofcourse this is a glitch and will be fixed.

Or throw a Nightmare on them and watch them play volleyball? :D

This thing happened to me once, but I didn't know how. The point is, I managed to survive and me and my team had a good laugh. :D

But to be honest LC isn't so good in my opinion (and not so picked in my matchmaking bracket): she relies on snowballing too much and, if you deny her those early kills, there's nothing she can do. The only utility skill of hers in these cases is Press the Attack, since Duels would most likely feed enemy Heroes.
Anyway, her biggest counter is Bane without a doubt: Nightmare and Fiend's Grip both make her unable to land those Duels or even fight in them; Enfeeble is also one of the most annoying spells for DPS Heroes in general.

I agree, she needs help I feel to get her rolling, and I feel she's easy to gank in jungle, similar to lifestealer (why people think naix jungle is better than laning idk), seems to get wrecked in those first few levels, and takes a bit of jungle farming to be effective going that route so the general warding camps helps in slowing her down and hunting her (fun to do with miranna hehe). She's too easy to counter too.

Just pick Treant protector, end of story!

get bane... if i random lc in a pub ... and then they pick bane ... i rush bkb ...

12 min bkb and we actually stand a chance of winning haha

i hate bane so much i even hate him when hes on my team ...

he counters so many hero's ...

volvo pls nerf bane so that he dies as soon as he spawns..

i have rage issues against him since too many games where my team would not bloody break fiends grip.... its so simple ... stun bane... we have 4 stuns .. just use one on bane... oh oh oh nope uve used them all on lion ... wtg gg wp ...
