SUMMARY: An agility based hero that uses a shotgun as means for dishing out damage, specializes in pushing creep waves, and has the potential w/ enough farm to semi-carry or even carry if needed. An autoattacker and fairly fragile, but has the ability to damage multiple units at once and has higher damage output the closer he gets to targets.
LORE: Hails from the Valleys of Knollen. Hobbles around with a shotgun. Has a beard.

Q) Buckshot (Passive)
A charge is added every few seconds that allows Dwarf to attack everybody within range with the buckshot of his shotgun. Each autoattack removes a charge which must be regenerated

The closer Dwarf gets to his enemy the more damage he does. Has a chance to proc a Stun to enemy as well.

E) SHRAPNEL (ACTIVE/AOE)
Dwarf fires a buck shot of heavy ammunition that lands in a targeted area as one forceful impact. Units in this AOE are slowed and take physical damage. Also hurts towers.

R) [Ultimate] Full Auto (Active/Self)
Dwarf switches his shotgun to full auto momentarily. Significantly increasing attack speed and gaining a slight movement speed buff.
His ability to multi attack creeps/units allows him to push lanes and tower dive with nuke. His ability to gank and contribute to team fights with the use of his ulti + passives gives him the characteristics of a hero who needs to risk getting up close and personal to maximize damage. He is about as weak as sniper so this risk factor only increases, but with the rewards of tearing single enemies apart almost as fast (if not faster than) an Ursa. Notable weaknesses to Shotgun Dwarf are disarms, stuns, and especially blademail. A well placed skill shot allows him to close the gap and get closer.
Shrapnel has the same name as Sniper's skill...its a mini Call Down
Also, this is a squishy hero that has to get close to be effective? This means that to make him effective you have to build tank-items, but he requires damage to deal enough damage. So might be hard to effectively use him in lategame. So mayhaps in early to mid-game he could have more of an impact.
