Item riddle(pls dont blame me. Never did that and english is also no my native language<3)

I dont know why i look like this,
And i can't do alot by my own.
But if the right hero, doesnt matter god, satan or even a tree, uses me,
The enemy will get kill'd.
In the Perfect World,everyone shoud have me,
But well, those who are too late, wont get me.
