well heres my last guess,
doom bringer?
Devour = hungry thingie
Doom = anti caster stuff (all tho Doom is maybe better to be applied to carries with annoying passives and ulties)

By ability I meant both passive and active but probably didn't make it very clear to add to the difficulty of guessing.

I got ALOT out of the heroes lore, and the riddle hardly describe it's skillset.
