Ok, I have one final point to make here and this is in fact the determining factor of whether MoM is viable or not.

This isn't something that is explained in the fine print of the game, so maybe this is helping all understand something that was extremely unclear in the first place...

So here it goes...

Blade mail on Axe is a necessity, so taking in to account the force staff to close the gap, once that gap is closed, if you pop MoM and then turn on blade mail, would this not now be 130% damage returned because you are now taking more damage from MoM but only to return that much more damage with blade mail?

If blade mail does indeed function in harmony with the MoM like that, then I am right about this approaches viability, and although takes gold to execute, can be performed with characters who do not posses the abilities and done so more effeciently/safely and a cheaper mana cost with other general benefits to boot. It might work best on these characters, we don't know.

But.... if MoM and Blade Mail don't work together like that, then I guess I must admit that I am wrong? Even after all that made some sense to get to this point... I guess I'll still admit it, but don't expect it to stop me from doing it when fighting against melee opponents.

If you activate blade mail why would they attack you? And if you use your taunt to make them you'll have so much armor it will be pointless!

Haha, I just wanted to see what would happen if I did not join in on the conversation. Nothing much has changed, actually.

Can't we just ignore all of Kyfoid's posts? And let him fade like a dying candle?
We only feed his trolling/stupendousness (I still can't figure out wich it is)

Why are we still arguing about double boots.

Why is Kyfoid posting new threads at a highly rapid pace.

Why hasn't Porygon joined this argument yet.

Why does Kyfoid think that fog of war is relevant, even though you shouldn't blink in randomly without vision anyway.

Why didn't Kyfoid understand that when we said that you should add KotL to the combo, we meant that it was a trilane.

Because, clearly, double boots + dagon works on every hero and the build section of this site is now outdated. haha jokes kyfoid. I enjoy your posts as they still make people think, and im impressed at the patience shown by most here too.

Seriously though, as a new player myself i find it difficult to know if a hero is one that requires farm, can be played support, is utter **** without BF etc etc. Is it ok just to go off the hero descriptions for now?

as an example:
Skywraith has a support tag - meaning its safe to play him as support, not last hitting spending time out of lane, warding etc.
or
Antimage is tagged carry and doesn't have 'nuke-style' abilities meaning i'll have to farm him hard and get my 12min BF.

How do i know if i should be levelling stats over abilities? Is that very situational?
Nerf paper. Scissors is fine.
Yours truly, Rock.
