Hi. How can I configure my inventory like:
Use Item1 = Alt+q
Use item2 = Alt+w
etc.?

You can change the shortcuts of most things in the options menu (the gear icon on the top left of the screen when in the menu).

There you can assign keys as necessary.

I can't use Alt+q for inventory in DotA 2 standart tools. In DotA one I use warkey for this.

I think ALT is reserved for auto-cast type stuff

Yeah, sorry, I don't think you can assign ALT shortcuts on it.

You can, I have my inventory set to alt+q,w,e,r,a,s. Just look around in options, I'm on my phone at work right now so I can't check it myself.
