Meet Your Makers return to Dota 2 with new squad

The much loved eSport organization of the past that hosted some of the finest talent that the DotA world has seen until date has returned to the Dota 2 competitive scenario with the recruitment of a new squad as announced earlier today.

Meet Your Makers (or) better known as Team MYM have formally confirmed the recruitment of the Danish team The Tough Bananas unto their banner with a near complete confirmed roster.

The newly formed MYM debuted today under the banner in the third season of Starladder and gave us an absolutely thriller of a match against Absolute Legends. If you've missed them today, you can catch them as they take on some of Europe's finest teams as Starladder progress over the next few days.

Statement from Team Leader Alexander 'Calculus' Rathcke

"I can talk for the entire team, when i say that we are really happy to be able to play under this prestigious esport tag. It feels great knowing you have such a great organisation behind you, and we are looking forward to see how far we can go. We will practise hard and do everything we can to live up to the name that we are now representing. Watch out for us! Thanks to Razer and Western Digital for the support!

Andreas 'Balsam' Løchte

Glad to see them getting picked up but I think without "MiGGel" they are so much worse that I don't think that they will have an big impact on the scene.

They aren't doing really well in Starladder at the moment, just seem to be like more of an underdog team, sadly because I think if they just play useing their fullest potential, they can go very far.

Time will tell what will happen to them but I am not sure how long this team will hold their sponsor.

'Calculus' and 'Link' are good players in my opinion, I am not sure about the rest of the team, just because I simply don't know any of them. I'll folow their games and I am excited to see how they are doing, maybe the recent changes get them some kind of advantages in terms of drafting and how the "metagame" changes.

Looking forward to see them developeing as a team.

I agree with you there 100%. MiGGel was a great part of their team, same with MiSeRy.
Sad face

MYM used to be a great team in DotA 1, I saw some of their DotA 2 matches, they are really bad now. Bad picks, bad teamplay... I don't know what to say about them. They have to practice more.
