PL doesn't need much change kit wise, but his damage output is extremely lacking. Diffusal was nerfed for illusions, drums was nerfed, echo sabre doesn't really fit, there's just not really a nice damage item for PL. Compare him with the other carries this meta, he kills enemies really slowly.

PL lost 20% of his illusion damage with the diffusal change for no reason at all. Just buff his AGI gain or his BAT or something.
Or make a diffusal 3.
