Andernon is where the lore is found, bit damp but great views, pity about the wildlife but
create a hero based off of these 3 lines.
So for my hero I based it off of the question;
what is something that can never been touched but always felt?
from the rogue's quest.
The answer?
Dark matter. It's dark matter. Or the force behind it, currently theorised as a possible fifth fundamental force of the universe. And there nobody was surprised.
So here, I present to you
Eleusis, the Void Haunter
Lore
Immutable is the force of the void, but so far beyond the minds of mortals is it that they cannot grasp the concept of mere emptiness. And so was created darkness, to fill the empty spaces. Eleusis is the force, the source of this darkness, a Fundamental force that slips between the cracks of the other four. Dark matter is always felt; but never seen. Isolated blackness and an omnipresent dread accompanies the wake of the Void Haunter. He is as the calm before the storm. From nothing came everything; but to Eleusis it shall return. Even he has heard the call of the Ancients, and now with inexorable purpose traverses the cosmos to join the fray. His powers nullify the senses, trapping the mind within a blind, deaf shell flailing uncontrollably in the void. But as with any great being, he cannot be controlled, and the Ancients may soon find that the forces they have called to their aid will instead be the forces that are their destruction.

Eleusis creates a zone of utter darkness, preventing light from reaching in or out. Heroes within the zone cannot see out of it; heroes outside of the zone cannot see within it. Area: 400/500/600/700 Duration: 6/10/14/18 Mana Cost: 140/150/160/170 Cooldown: 40/35/30/25 Dark matter seeps into the land, returning it to atomic stillness.
Notes
Affects all units and structures in the game, including Eleusis himself.
Does not prevent targeting into the Dead Zone.

Pierces Spell Immunity: No
Eleusis creates a zone of darkness at the targeted area that lasts for 3 seconds. A second cast will teleport him to that zone, dealing damage to enemies within the radius and applying a weak purge to Eleusis. Range: 500/600/700/800 Damage: 90/165/240/315 Area: 150 Mana Cost: 90 Cooldown: 8 Eleusis slips through the cracks in reality to materialise in full force.
Notes
The second cast can be used while Eleusis is stunned.
The zone of darkness functions exactly as Dead Zone.
E: Void's Embrace (Passive) Affects: Enemy units
Damage: Magical
Pierces Spell Immunity: No
The attacks of Eleusis reduce the enemy's vision radius by a percentage, then deal base damage + damage equal to the a quarter of the vision removed. Base Damage: 5 Night Base Damage: 20 Vision Reduction: 8%/9%/10%/11% Duration: 40 To be robbed of all sensation, unable to even feel your body being torn apart… a terrible fate indeed.
Notes
Vision reduction is calculated as a percentage of current vision, not base vision.
Base damage is increased at night.
Affected enemies will still get the vision provided by their allies.
Ultimate: Empty Spaces Affects: The UI

Eleusis envelops the battlefield in still darkness, disabling the minimap for his enemies. Duration: 20 Mana Cost: 150 Cooldown: 180/150/120 The light shall never rise again.
Notes
Only affects the minimap; the map proper will be unaffected.
There are two kinds of people in the world; those who can count, and those who can't.
ACTIVE: JUDGEMENT DAY - Places the attention of the goddess on a select hero for a duration. When the duration ends the hero will be lifted up towards the heavens. They are invulnerable while being Judged. If this hero is an enemy, they'll be branded, reducing all damage output for a short time depending on how much damage they dealt while under the attention of the goddess. If it is an allied hero, they'll granted damage boost for a short time dependant on how much damage they took under the duration.
Attention Duration : 3 seconds
Judgement Duration : 1 second
Damage Reduction per Damage Dealt : 0.02
Damage Boost per Damage Taken : 0.02
Duration of Reduction/Boost : 12 seconds Manacost: 225 mana Cooldown: 120 seconds
NOTES
This damage boost/reduction effects all damage output, including basic attacks, spells, and item-based damage like Mjollnir procs and Blademail reflect.
Becoming Judged will not disjoint projectiles or remove DoT effects.
Damage dealt or taken includes every hero-based source of damage
whats it for / who uses it
This is like the anti-snowball item. Its for making sure in big teamfights and whatnot that that enemy Anti-Mage cant just keep wiping the hwole team because eh so far ahead. Say he deals 500 damage in the 3 seconds. Thats a 10% damage reduction. From his right clicks, his mana burn, and possibly issusion damage. Thats alot of reduced damage output trying to kill another hero.
You can really buy it on anyone, but I could see it most on hyper-carries with built in damage reduction, like Anti-Mage or something
For crossing swords with others, the goddess will raise you up and smile upon you or inflict a great pain based on the length of your sins.
She is based upon the question: What is something that can never be touched but always felt?
The answer is a classic: Love, friendship and peace.
Notice that I am extremly tired while writing this but I don't know if I will find time in the next few weeks.Now without further ado I present you her lore.

The region of Nau Fin Graag (Behind the green hills) was always known for being a peaceful land. The people of this land always remained neutral in each conflict, helped the poor, freed the enslaved and never committed any crimes.
People of other countries where sure that this was due to their lovely princess Wahlkrin. She was said to be living for countless centuries already yet she looked like a young woman.
Whenever she was near people the work of them seemed to be easier and they were happy to live in such a good country.
Invading armies that wanted to obtain the wealth of Nau Fin Graag where stopped by one simple smile of Wahlkrin. Most of the savage raiders were in fact overwhelmed by her mere presence and settled down in the land they intended to raid.
But one fateful day when the gates of the seven hells opened and the lands of Nau Fin Graag were attacked by demons which didn't even notice the charms of Wahlkrin.
The guardians of Wahlkrin were ready to give their life to let everyone escape but Wahlkrin didn't want anyone to suffer. She also pitied the demons for being unable to feel love or friendship with others. As the demons were immune to almost anything she could do she called upon ancient powers that were locked deeply inside her soul.
When the army of demons flooded the lands of Nau Fin Graag Wahlkrin unleashed a wave of light that washed through all the demons. Wahlkrin disappeared within this holy nova of ancestral power. But the demons though physically unchanged stopped, confused, dazzled.
Love replaced lust and greed, friendship replaced anger and hatred.
Wahlkrin changed into a being that couldn't be seen anymore - at least not by human means.
But every single demon could feel the love and the peace of her inside of them.
They laid down their arms and settled down in Nau Fin Graag and swore to protect it from everyone that would try to hurt any of its citizen be they demon or of other species.
But Wahlkrin underestimated the power of mistrust and envy.
The demons may had laid down their arms and helped everyone they could and tried their best to prove them but ignoring all their efforts the inhabitants of Nau Fin Graag didn’t trust them.
They also begrudged the demons for having bathed in the holy light of Wahlkrin.
At first the acts against the demons were small.
Some people refused to talk with them; others wanted to have them kicked out of Nau Fin Graag.
But soon people started to take actions against the demons. There houses were burnt down by infuriated men, they were routed out of their cities and soon mad mobs even started killing people.
Wahlkrin who had been in a dormant stance after using so much of her power awoke from this massive hatred that had grown inside the heart of her (former) people.
She was shocked at the sight of them. But at the same time she also felt something…new. She felt anger.
Anger at her people. For centuries she had shown them the right path. She had given them everything she had, had dedicated her whole existence to her people. And how did they react when she disappeared for some time? They turned to hatred, anger and violence.
It was unbearable for her. She now understood that not everybody could be cleansed from these bad emotions but there were still people (and demons) holding firm to her ways.
Therefore she called upon the power of her ancestors a second time.
She created a sacred area in which everyone that remained truly good sought shelter.
She used her powers one last time to purge the memories of everyone of this sacred place, of her and from everything that was connected to her.
Exhausted by the use of so powerful magic she fell asleep.
But she would soon be awakened by the appearance of two beings far more powerful and ancient than her who started waging a war…
Did anyone read through the lore? Maybe I wrote a bit too much...
Anyways..time to get to her abilities.
Holy Bond
Pierces Spell immunity : No (works like Razor's Static Link - it will persist through magic immunity but can't be casted on magic immune targets.
Affects: Allied heroes
Wahlkrin creates a Holy Bond between her and an allied hero. If one of them receives a buff the other receives it as well. Duration:10/20/30/40 Mana Cost:70/90/110/130 Through love and friendship everyone is connected – and through Wahlkrin’s magic of course

I notice that this is completly broken with some heroes and maybe damage that increased dmg should only give 1/4 of the usual amount and some abilities should probably not work with this ability - especially with her Aghanim's Scepter upgrade which I will mention soon...
Spectral Existence
Wahlkrin enters a friendly hero after a short delay. She shares her mana and Hp regeneration with the hero however she is unable to cast any spells while spectral Existence is active. When the hero she is within dies Wahlkrin will also die. Due to her ancestral powers the other hero will respawn 10% faster.
Wahlkrin can only exit after a minimum of 20 seconds have passed and she has to channel 3 seconds before doing so. Delay:0.4/0.3/0.2/0.1 Duration:∞ Mana Cost:30/60/90/120 Cooldown:60 Aghanim's Scepter upgrade:
Wahlkrin is able to cast spells while spectral existence is active. This means that Holy Bond will affect the hero she is within and another hero she selescts.
Ofan Zahrahmiik (offered sacrifice)
Affects:Heroes
Pierces Spell Immunity: Yes
Wahlkrin sacrifices parts of her own energy to aid nearby allies
Affected allies will regenerate a percentage of max Mana per second while this ability is active.
They will also receive a movement speed boost. Wahlkrin however will loose mana every second per hero affected by this spell. Likewise she will also loose ms speed per hero affected.
This skill ends prematurely if Wahlkrin runs out of mana or if she cancels it. Radius:650 Mana Regeneration (Allies):2/4/6/8% of maximum of Mana Movement Speed Bonus(Allies):3/6/9/12% Negative Mana Regeneration (Wahlkrin):1.75/2.5/3.25/4% of maximum Mana Movement Speed Slow (Wahlkrin):4/5/6/7% Duration:3/4/5/6 Wahlkrin is always willingly to sacrifice her own for the good of others
Drem (withholding aggression)
Affects: Enemy heroes
Pierces Spell Immunity: Yes
Wahlkrin cleanses the mind of an enemy hero of all evil intentions. Overcome by repentance for the crimes committed the enemy will lay down their arms and be unable to interact.
After this time the bad emotions will return but the hero will still feel grieve when attacking therefore his attack damage is reduced by 20%.
As long as this ability is on cooldown the mana used to cast this ability will be locked. Although being in a weakened state Wahlkrin is able to invoke emotions of friendship and love in even the most savage and devilish creature.

Acts as a banish effectivly removing the hero from the game for the duration
